How does e-ticket.by work?

We compare prices from hundreds of airlines and agencies at once and show the cheapest fare. You buy directly from the carrier or agency — e-ticket.by is not part of the payment.

Do you charge a commission or markup?

No. The price matches the airline's or agency's own price. The service is free for users.

How do I find the cheapest flights?

Use flexible dates and the monthly price calendar, compare nearby airports, consider connecting flights, and book ahead — fares are usually lower a few weeks before departure.

How do I search by airport code?

Enter a city name or IATA code — for example MSQ (Minsk) or DXB (Dubai). Suggestions cover airports worldwide; by default all airports of a city are included.

How is payment handled and is it safe?

Payment happens on the website of the airline or agency with the best price. e-ticket.by does not store payment details or charge you.

Can I refund or change a ticket?

Refunds and changes follow the fare rules and the airline. Because the booking is made directly with the carrier, changes are handled through it or the agency you bought from.

What about baggage?

Baggage allowance depends on the fare and airline. Basic fares are often sold without checked baggage — check the fare conditions before buying.

Do I need a visa?

It depends on the destination and your citizenship. Check the destination country's visa requirements in advance, before buying a ticket.

How is e-ticket.by different from other sites?

One search instead of a dozen tabs, real monthly prices, no markup, and booking directly with the airline.
